It’s time consuming, expensive, risky and everyone wishes that it was someone else’s responsibility. It means dealing with a recruitment service provider, an industry not always its own best advocate. Add in to this heady mix a race against time and most clients would prefer not to have to do it.
PILOTinterim understands this dilemma. We try to simplify the issue and get from A to B as quickly and painlessly as possible.
How it works:
You tell us what you need. Why do you need this person? What will they do for you? How will you quantify their input? What would happen if you don’t get this person? How long do you need them? Who will they manage, report to?
All of this and your budget will be understood and agreed face to face with one of our team.
We then brief those candidates we think might fit the bill, disclosing to them as much information as you authorise. Anyone we submit will have been met, either specifically for your role or previously in the general course of our candidate registration. On many occasions both apply. Up to date referencing is assured.
You meet our suggested candidates wherever suits you and make your choice.
We then assist with the closing process, day rates, start dates etc. Whilst the assignment is underway we visit to make sure that both parties are getting what they need.
Of course it’s never that simple but we will try and make it as straightforward as possible.
